Any vendor that processes more than $5,000.00 through PayCafe will earn a prize. An unlimited number of vendors can win this.

A vendor can win more than one prize.

Some prizes may not be available (due to stock) at the time of winning. In this case, we will purchase a gift certificate for the prize or offer the cash equivalent (as shown above).

The vendor can choose the prize or cash equivalent (as listed above), except for the Amazon gift cards. Mainly due to the wire fee to deliver the cash equivalent of the gift card.

We will issue prizes on the 15th of the month following the contest. For example, for the September contest, we will deliver the prize on or before October 15th.

The vendor must not have any risk issues or elevated chargebacks.

To protect against fraud, refund rates need to be kept at a reasonable level; up to 10-15% is fine - anything higher would again disqualify a vendor from winning a prize.

The merchant must not owe any money to PayCafe (or JVZoo). This could happen if a vendor processes (for example) $5,000 in the month, then refunds $1,000, but they have already depleted their bank account/ACH before doing so.
